THE SPRING HATCHLINGS is an original 12” x 24” UNFRAMED oil painting on a quality linen canvas. This incredible painting is of a flock of new chicks swimming in the water, along with the mother duck. Some of the chicks are a bright yellow. Some of them are a rusty orange color. The mother duck is partly white, with feathers of tan and rust in parts. The background water is a beautiful deep cobalt. The dark parts of the water is a deep brown/black. There is a realistic feel to the whole painting, which is very pleasing. This is an incredible painting you would be proud to own. The painting comes unframed.
