THISTLEWAITE FALLS is an original 20" x 16” oil painting on a high quality canvas panel. This is an incredible painting! It is of a waterfall in Indiana. It’s a fun waterfall because it allows kids to play in the shallow water and even walk up to it. The upper part of Indiana is flat, but the mid and Southern part of the state is made up of rolling hills. These hilly areas are where the shallow waterfalls exist. The painting is done with vivid colors emphasizing the gold of the rock formations and the blues and greens of the water.
The painting canvas is high quality canvas panel. It will need to be framed, or it can sit on a mantel or shelf. There is an impressionistic feel to the whole painting, which is very pleasing.
