ROSE COTTAGE is an original 11”x14” oil painting on a high quality canvas. This is an incredible painting! It is a bright, colorful scene of climbing roses on a gold stucco house. The roses are in full bloom and are deep pinks and reds. there’s also some tiger lilies in front of the house. I painted my own lilies and roses while they were blooming this summer. The deep pinks against the gold walls of the house is a very pleasing contrast. This is an amazing painting that would light up any room you put it in. If you pick up the beautiful range of pinks, rose colors and reds and accent them in a pillow or a blanket, it will light up the room.
There is an impressionistic feel to the whole painting which is very pleasing. The paint is applied with bold strokes and the colors are striking.
