BRIGHT LIGHTS is an original 6" x 6" oil painting. It is an impressionistic picture of a busy street after the rain. People are out walking after the rainfall. The street lights and car lights are reflected in the wet streets. One man is walking his dog. This is a great little nocturne with bright colors and lights.
