WATER LILY is an original 12" x 16" oil painting on a gallery wrap canvas. The painting is of three water lilies in a lily pond. The beautiful creams and pinks of the lilies are set off by the deep greens of the lily pad leaves. The water is a deep, dark blue. This is an impressionist painting with strong contrasts. It will enhance many color schemes. It will light up a room, especially if other objects pick up the soft cream and greens, such as a pillow or a vase.
GALLERY WRAP CANVAS - The painting extends down over the sides of the canvas. The depth of the canvas is .67" wide. Since it is painted on all sides, the painting does not need to be framed. However, if you want to frame it, a dark gold frame would really set off the painting. The painting can be framed either horizontally or vertically.
