WINDY DAY is an original 20” x 24" UNFRAMED oil painting. This is a wonderful painting of a large sky filled with clouds. It’s so windy, the clouds are breaking up and have wispy edges. The hills are full of tall evergreens. In the foreground, a small clear lake, the color of translucent greens and blues. The water is surrounded by rocks. Some of the trees are reflected in the water. I see this type of scene all across hilly southern Indiana. The sky is based on a picture I took from my front porch. This is a very attractive painting that anyone would be pleased to own. The detail of the sky and trees is simply stunning.
